Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights organized jointly by the University of Bakrie, ICITAP (International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program) Indonesia and the Department Of Justice U.S. Embassy was held at Bakrie University's Campus, Kuningan, Jakarta on 21 September 2010.
The event will be held starting at 9:30 until 14:00 pm. Talkshow and discussion by speakers Erita Aaron, Pandji Pragiwaksono and closed by a quiz and Music Perfomance by Maliq n D'Essential. In addition to discussions, will be signing an agreement of cooperation between UB and the ICITAP in those fields ; cyber-crime, computer forensics and security.
This seminar is a series of ICITAP Indonesia Program in cooperation with police. About 13 programs to be executed, but on this occasion is the concentration on courses Intellectual Property Rights (Intellectual Property Rights), commonly called IPR. Through this seminar, it is expected the public especially the younger generation on campus more "aware of" intellectual property rights, fraud erodes culture in Indonesia, the health care safety, economic progress and the country's image as well as fixed and continue working without fear of losing rights to their work.
